For the bidding process, Matt came with his subcontractors for one afternoon and then provided a bid for the complete project just a few days later. It was a very efficient process, and the pricing did not change throughout the project—which is unusual compared to many other contracts. One of the best things about Beehive State Builders is that there is a designated site manager for each project—so incredibly helpful! The site manager was on the property most days, available whenever we had questions or concerns, and coordinated amongst all the subcontractors. This resource eliminated a lot of potential challenges and solved problems when they arose. Additionally, each subcontractor that Matt works with is easy to communicate with, clean, and performs quality work.
