It's always so fun to see a remodel start to finish! We still have a few months left on this project, but it is progressing so nicely, we just had to share! As always, Tiek Design Group has done a beautiful job with the architectural design of this home.
before (during) and after
Before: This is right after we installed the brand new front door. Even before paint and stain, the transom and sidelights added so much character to the home! You can see here the red brick and stucco that were originally used all over the home.
After: We painted the brick white, gorgeous white paneling replaced the stucco, and that tongue and groove soffit really pulls everything together.
Before: This side of the house was originally gray stucco - here, we had just finished adding hardie board and building the pergola over the three car garage.
After: Clean, white hardie (Benjamin Moore Designer's White), new Coachman garage doors, and perfectly contrasting sconces. The designers and home owner put a lot of time and thought into finding the perfect fixtures for this part of the home.
Before: All new Amsco Renaissance windows, hardie board is being installed all over the exterior, and the decks are being built. You can also see preparations for TWO more pergolas!
After: Gorgeous white hardie, TWO decks, two more pergolas, and this grand staircase is going to be breathtaking when it's done! Also, we can't go without commenting on the white grout in the stone chimney.
This tongue and groove is actually under the decks!
Some of our favorite details are on this deck! We debated whether to use mahogany or ipe, and we think you'll agree that ipe was the way to go.
And how could we forget the best design for a doggie door we've ever seen? The addition of the crown molding was just brilliant!
